At Lake Forest Apartments, we offer seven different floor plans to choose from. In every apartment, the spacious living room extends to an expansive patio or balcony – perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings or just simply relaxing. There is plenty of room in the master bedroom for a queen or king sized bed and accessory furniture. And you’ll certainly appreciate the generous closets and storage space found in each apartment.

Lake Forest Apartments is pet-friendly. There is a one time non-refundable fee of $150 for dogs and $100 for cats, along with a monthly fee of $20 for dogs and $15 for cats. Our security deposit is $200 for qualifying applicants.
